Though the common term is Day of Event Coordinator (DOC), but it’s rather misleading in that a Day of Event Coordinator starts well in advance of the event to troubleshoot, plan and confirm scheduling with  the vendors (vendors usually book multiple events on a weekend, having Nook & Cranny professionally coordinating them can prevent a disaster).
